At ICHARS, we would like coaches from around the world to come together to share their knowledge and experiences. For this reason, you can participate in these peer coaching sessions and hone your skills with other coaches, whether you are training at ICHARS or have been certified by other institutes. The role of the coach is to be a partner in your development as a leader. They will help and challenge you to bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be, to achieve what you want. Your role is to work with you in a process of reflection and creation that inspires you to maximize your personal and professional potential. Note: Our in-house peer coaches have received training and are certified by a coaching and consulting firm, but they are not professional coaches certified by the International Coaching Federation and should not have the same expectations as a professional leadership coach. The role of the coach is to broaden your thinking and exploit your potential as a member of the UNC community. Peer coaching is the exchange of coaching between two people. It`s like a normal coaching conversation, but it`s just that both participants are coaches.

As a general rule, peer coaches follow one another to those who are trained. The mission of the coaching program is to increase your ability to drive your business to a higher level of performance. If there is a performance issue with one of your employees and you want to identify the need for corrective action with a certain employee, you should call on the assistance and management of your staff representative. The role of the coach is also not as a consultant, counsellor, therapist or any other role that offers similar services. Since the coaching service is an investment in your development by UNC, you are invited to share your feedback after coaching sessions to assess the effectiveness of the program. You will also be encouraged to share your desired results for the coaching commitment with your manager or with another UNC sponsor (. B for example, your hr representative or department head). The goal of sharing your goals is to make the effects of this development opportunity visible.

Coaching meetings are confidential and details of interviews remain strict between coach and client, with the following exceptions: abstracts or recurring topics indicating a common organizational problem with several clients can be posted to management; In such cases, your identity is not disclosed. if you disclose information about activities that violate UNC guidelines or that the law requires us to report, such as illegal or life-threatening situations. Peer coaching is considered an hour of paid coaching and can be used as part of a coaching protocol by someone applying for a coaching-credential. Q: Can I do several sessions with the same peer coach? A: Sure. It`s up to you. Once you agree with someone, it`s up to them to decide if you want to work again in the future. You can exchange contact data and log in at an appropriate time for both of you outside of Coacharya`s peer coaching sessions. Peer coaching is also considered valid coaching hours and you can use them to record hours if you apply for a coaching registration certificate (provided your training facility or association allows it).

Q: What is the language spoken in peer coaching? A: Currently, we ask all coaches to speak English. If you are associated with someone and you speak another language, you can use that language – it`s up to you.
